Thoracic Surgery, Azienda Policlinico, Modena, Italy A wide range of pathologies may primarily affect the lymphatic vessels in the lungs. In this article, a unique case of pulmonary silicosis associated with a subtle lymphangitic carcinomatosis from an unknown prostate cancer is reported and discussed.
